Welcome to Sahara Nails Bar! To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests and maintain the highest standards of service, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies before your visit. 1. Appointments & Walk-Ins • Appointments are highly recommended to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome, but please note that availability may vary. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or, if significantly late, rescheduling may be required. 2. Cancellation Policy • We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. • Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur a fee. No-shows may result in a full-service charge for the missed appointment. 3. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee • Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with any service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can address any concerns immediately. • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to fix any issues within three days of the original service. Please contact us within this time frame if any adjustments are needed. 4. Hygiene & Safety • At Sahara Nails Bar, cleanliness and sanitation are a top priority. We adhere to strict sanitization protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations. • If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or specific requirements, please inform our staff before your service to ensure your safety and comfort. 5. Children & Guests • For the safety of children and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that young children remain seated with an adult at all times. • Only guests receiving services are allowed in the service area. We kindly ask additional guests to wait in the designated seating area to avoid distractions. 6. Gift Cards & Promotions • Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable for services or products. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified. Please mention any promotions when booking your appointment to ensure eligibility. 7. Broken Nail Policy • We offer a 7-day guarantee on nail enhancements and gel polish applications. If a nail breaks or chips within this period, please reach out to schedule a complimentary repair. 8. Personal Belongings • Sahara Nails Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. We recommend keeping your valuables secure during your visit.
